We are located in North East MS and are constantly trying to upgrade our park to enhance your stay! We also have a store to provide you with drinks, snacks, ice and many other necessities on site. We are huge animals lovers and installed a huge DOG PARK, pavilion with picnic tables and grills, a playground, a what we call a "beach without the ocean:, meaning we brought in beachy sand, added fire pits, chairs and hammocks. It's a beautiful place to sit and rest and enjoy your stay with us! Our laundry room is heated and cooled and contains a Coke vending machine, 2 washers and 2 dryers which are coin operated and a change machine. We have 2 very large shower rooms as well!

Currently all sites are on white rock and include both 30 amp and 50 amp electric, sewage, water, and occasional wifi. We have pull through and back in sites.

Our park is in a PRIME location!! Elvis' birthplace and museum is right down the road as well as what was his favorite restaurant, Johnnies, AND Tupelo Hardware where he purchased his first guitar!! Barnes Crossing mall is only 3 minutes away. Just down the road is the beautiful Veterans Park and an Aquatic Center. We are a mile and a half north of Hwy. 22! We are in an EXCELLENT location!

We have personnel on site 24/7. Most of our guests are "long term" and consider our park their home therefore they help us oversee their "homes". They have become like family to us and are quick to help anybody who needs it. We do not allow loud parties and we keep a close watch on every site. There is also video surveillance.

All reservations must be made in advance either by phone, text, or email with a deposit.
We are on call 24/7 and can be on site within 20 minutes after regular business hours
